You don't have to have fancy gym equipment to shed the lbs. Using your own body weight is the perfect way to build lean muscle. Grab your favorite DVD and getting going. Don't have workout DVDs? It is no secret that by preparing your own meals it is much easier to control your calorie intake. Meal Planning is KEY to living a healthier lifestyle.
