Ok so today is April 28th! This means that in one month from today my little girl will be ONE YEAR old!!I can't believe it! But it also means that my personal deadline to be at my goal weight is QUICKLY approaching! And to be honest my progress has kind of plateaued. I am still working my fanny off six days a week but I am not seeing any progress on the scale. I know my love of Easter candy is part of the reason but there had to be more. I haven't adjusted my caloric intake for months! So I was looking over my calorie journal yesterday and realized that it needed some adjusting--anytime you can eat 3 healthy meals, 2 healthy snacks, peeps and a cadbury egg and still remain in your calorie goal! I think you may have TOO much wiggle room. So this morning I jumped on freedieting.com and re calculated my caloric intake as well as carbs, proteins, & fats. I am going to buckle down! It's crunch time! I've got 5-7 more lbs to lose and I can't just throw in the towel now! If you have ANY motivating words this is the time to post em! :) Thanks for everything!
Can I just say that I LOVED your comments on my last post! It is SO great to hear from you! Keep it up and don't be shy! To be honest comments are kind of a pay day for me. It gives me motivation to post because I feel like people actually care!
You look great in your Easter pics, btw. I know you can loose the last five pounds. Today I went through my pantry and tossed all the Easter candy and all other extra sweets. It felt good. My husband won't be happy but it will be good for him too. Whenever I have a craving for something sweet I just have a spoon full of peanut butter. That seems to help and I don't feel as guilty.
ReplyDeleteI wish I was in your shoes!! Seriously, 5 to 7lbs is freaking awesome! I have no doubt you'll hit it! So I am wondering, did you nurse during this last year of shedding the lbs? I've never dieted while nursing and of course everyone has their own, conpletely different, opinions :) that's my struggle at the moment. Sure sure, bebe is only 3 weeks old, but I'm a tad gung ho! Ha ha I'm just trying to figure out calorie intake to keep the milk in. Which everything pretty much says don't diet. Really? Consume 2400 calories of healthy food!? Who can eat that much?!?! Maybe if I eat carls jr everyday...... JK! Ok, my comments becoming a novel. Anywho I am so excited for ya! And where did you buy your nectar? I want to give that a go!
